“In these trying times it is very important to find something bringing us all together.” This is how “Kharkiv Assemblies” competition introduce us their idea of going online.
“Support each other together” is the shared message from teachers of Kharkiv I. P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts, Conservatorio Superior de Muscia de Vigo, Escola Superior de Musica e Artes do Espetaculo Politecnico do Porto and Vienna Konservatorium Budapest and we can do no other than join it. The whole idea is to spread positivity with warm wishes and music. This autumn, the International Competition of Musical Art “Kharkiv Assemblies” will be held online and take place from September 15 until October 15. It is open to musicians of all nationalities and features two categories: “Piano and “Double bass”.
Applications are to be submitted by 15th September 2020 by completing a form via this link.
Some supports of this initiative are the former jury members of the competition like Margarita Escarpa, Vladimir Dotsenko, Ferenc Bernath and Nuno Pinto.
Resilience, creativity and passion are the perfect ingredients to make this crisis our call to action, our opportunity to face the future stronger, learning constantly. We can’t wait to see how it is going to be and we send our best wishes to all the participants!
