The 9th edition of the International piano competition of Orléans for youth ‘Brin d’herbe’ took place at the beginning of July.
The competitors were divided in two categories, the intermediate level and the advanced one.
For the intermediate level the prize winners were:
Raphaël Cai – first prize, the Mandatory piece´s prize and the André Jolivet Prize
Yvan Marquant – second prize.
Taran knutson – third prize.
For the advanced level the prize winners were:
Deva Mira Sperandio – first prize and the Mandatory piece’s prize (ex-aequo)
Mathys Simon – second prize and the Mandatory piece’s prize (ex-aequo)
Vivian Wang – third prize
Fionn Knutson – improvisation prize – Rotary Orléans
