On 2 July 2022 MUSIK DER JUGEND, together with 16 young artists from all over Europe, organised the flash mob: YOUNG DIGITAL CLASSIC in Vienna/MuseumsQuartier.
Musicians from Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Austria met in Vienna for three days and rehearsed a modern version of the European anthem. Students at the Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität Linz supported the project with the artistic production. The ‚Ode to Joy‘ was arranged by students at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität of the City of Vienna under the direction of Univ.-Prof. MMag. Julia Purgina.

MUSIK DER JUGEND would like to inspire widespread enthusiasm for classical music with the modern staging of this work steeped in history.

NEW (Business, Relations, Audience, Narration, Digital for the NEW music world), which is being carried out in cooperation with EMCY (European Union of Music Competitions for Youth).
