Jolanta Kundrotaite, a pianist, has journeyed through the realms of music with remarkable dedication and passion. Her love for music blossomed from a young age, encouraged her to study at the prestigious Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in Vilnius, Lithuania.
After graduating, Jolanta’s path took an exciting turn as she transitioned into a managerial role within International Music Competitions and various musical projects. For the past eight years, she has organized more than 20 International Competitions in Lithuania, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Through her work, she has provided a platform for emerging musicians to showcase their talents on an international scale.
“Helping young musicians is very important for their future careers. Managers have a big role in this. They don’t just organize concerts and deals, but they also make sure musicians have a good environment to work in. This means giving them advice, helping them grow, and supporting them. By doing this, managers help musicians focus on their music and deal with the challenges of the music world. Creating a supportive atmosphere helps musicians develop their skills and feel confident. This is important because the music industry is always changing”, said Jolanta.
Beyond her managerial duties, Jolanta is deeply committed to music education. She imparts her knowledge and skills to students of all ages, fostering a love for music and nurturing budding talents. Her teaching approach is marked by enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help her students reach their full potential.
In her leisure time, Jolanta finds joy in exploring various dance styles.
