Xinyue Gao was born in Guangzhou, China in 2002. She began her piano studies at the age of 6 with Prof.Jixi Jiang. At the age of 8, she studies with Dr.Minshan Du and studies in Xinghai Conservatory School. Since 2019, she became a student at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln and studies with Prof.Ilja Scheps. She has been invited to perform in France, Germany, Belgium and Hongkong.
She is the prize winner of many national and international competitions. The latest achievements are third prize and EMCY prize at the International Competition Piano Val de Travers 2021, first Prize at the 12th International Piano Competition of Lagny-sur-Marne in France, third Prize at the 4th International Franz Liszt Piano Competition for young pianists in Weimar.
She also participated in different masterclasses and she was also a member of national and international festivals, like the Paderewski Piano Academy.
