Let´s jump into JM Spain 96th edition!

Another edition of Concurso Juventudes Musicales is right around the corner!

The 96th edition of the JM Spain, for strings instruments will take place at Real Conservatorio Superior de Música in Madrid on 22nd and 23rd of February.

The competition consists of two categories, Guitar and String, and all the musicians are aged up to 25 years old. 

The contestants from Guitar will be: 

1. Checa Paz, Miguel 
2. Choi, Seungheyeok Choi 
3. López Prada, Ainhoa 
4. Martínez Asenjo, Daniel 
5. Molina García, Antonio 
6. Toscano Román, Álvaro 

The contestants from String will be: 

1. Bataller Calatayud, Ariadna (viola) 
2. Cuesta Gordillo, Jesús (violonchelo) 
3. Fernández de Mera de la Peña, Andrés (violín)
4. García Castro, Isabel (violonchelo) 
5. Gresa Ostos, Jorge (violonchelo) 
6. Muñiz Galdon, Miquel (violín) 
7. Olano Duque, Beñat (violín) 
8. Pérez Martínez, Pablo (violonchelo) 
9. Peribáñez Artero, Laura (violonchelo) 
10. Valencia Villeta, Sara (violín)

The jury will consist of: Jesús Rueda (President), Aitor Hevia, Luis Cabrera, Gonzalo Noqué, Pedro Mateo González, Antonio Martín San Román, Xavier Montsalvatge (Honorary President), Alfredo Aracil and Carlos Cruz de Castro (Presidents Emeritus).
