The registration file consists of:
– the completed registration form
-the signing of the authorization for the use of photos/visuals for communication,
-a duly completed check payable to the “Trésor public”,
-a short presentation and a picture of the ensemble in digital format
-a stage plan with the layout of the instruments, desks etc..

Registration fees :
-Together up to the quintet: 10 euros per participant,
-Ensemble from the sextet to the dixtet: 60 euros for the constituted group.
-Registrations will be taken in the order of arrival and within the limit of available places.
-An email will be sent upon receipt of the file, in order to confirm the registration,
-No refund will be made in case of withdrawal.

The competition is open to all ensembles.

Categories:
-JUNIOR category: 1st cycle students, amateur musicians
-HOPE category: 2nd cycle students, amateur musicians
-EXCELLENCE category: end of 3rd cycle students and confirmed musicians, professionals accepted.

-The order of performance of the sets will be communicated no later than May 15, 2025.
-The competition is entirely public,
-Photos and recordings are prohibited on the day of the competition except with authorization requested.
-The costs related to the competition (accommodation, meals etc.) remain the responsibility of the participants; a list of hotels and restaurants will be communicated later.

-JUNIOR category: rewarded by the CMF Prize Lorraine with 200€
-HOPE category: rewarded by the CMF Prize Lorraine with 300€
-EXCELLENCE category: rewarded by the Prize of the City of Remiremont with €1000 and invitations to concerts of the 2025-2026 cultural season.

The winners of each category will be invited to play a part of their program during the gala concert of the 2025 competition.
