Marina Beschastnykh was born in Russia, Tyumen and she began to study the violin at 6 years old. She attended the «Lira» music school in Tyumen in the class of E. Zayakina. In 2012 she won 5 Open Regional Competitions for string bow instruments «Vibrato» (Yekaterinburg). In the same year, she was the winner of Grand Prix in IV All-Russia Competition of young performers named Alyabiev (Tobolsk).

At the age of 15 she started to study at the music college named after Rimsky-Korsakov (Saint-Petersburg), with Tatyana Prasnikova. In 2013 she was the winner of the 2nd Prize of International Music Competition named G.Sviridov (Saint-Petersburg). Marina also won in 2013 the V Saint-Petersburg Open Competition for string instruments and harp. In 2014 she won the IV Open All-Russia Competition of young performers for string instruments (Moscow) and International Competitions «Music Art» (Moscow).

In 2016 she entered the St. Petersburg Conservatory in the class of Mikhail Gantvarg. She was the winner of the 2nd Prize of X International youth competition memory of E.A.Mravinsky and won Prize EMCY

She performed at the concert hall of the Mariinsky Theatre with Youth Symphony Orchestra named Paulavichyus and on the stage of palace Belozersky-Beloselskikh with St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra.

Marina has taken master classes with Anna Kandinskaya, Gregory Kalinovskyi, Antal Zalai, Zachar Bron and Maxim Vengerov.
