At the age of 4, Isabelle began studying violin with her mother, Sofie Wemeersch, at the “Conservatoire du Nord”. In this school she obtained several diplomas with the highest qualification for violin, piano, chamber music and music theory.

In 2010 Isabelle won the first prize at the “Concours Artistic Epinal” (France) and in 2012, 2014 and 2018 she got the gold medal with “Prix de Sacem” at the Competition “Concours pour Jeunes Solistes” in Luxembourg. In 2019, Isabelle was the winner in her age category of the International String Competition in Cremona, where she received the “Price of best sonata” and the “Price of best Bach”.

Isabelle participated in several masterclasses with Pierre Amoyal, Daniel Hope, Kurt Sassmnshaus, Boris Garlitsky, Gordan Nicolic and Zakhar Bron.

From november 2015 until august 2017, she studied at the Amsterdam Conservatory with Coosje Wijzenbeek. At this time, Isabelle performed in many concerts with the string ensemble ”Fancy Fiddlers”, conducted by Coosje Wijzenbeek. She also took part in a TV performance with Janine Jansen and a concert in the „Concertgebouw“ of Amsterdam.

In 2017/2018 Isabelle continued her study at the “Hochschule für Musik Saar” in Saarbrücken(Germany) with David Grimal.

Starting in September 2019, Isabelle studies in Berlin at the “University of Arts” with Mark Gothoni.

Masterclasses are financially supported by “The National Cultural Luxemburg Foundation”. Isabelle is member of the International Music academy of Liechtenstein.
