EMCY is happy to announce that we have a new member competition: International Competition Piano Val de Travers Switzerland. The piano competition is organised every year and the next competition will take place on 7th July 2019 at Chapelle de Couvet, in Val de Travers, Switzerland. The International Competition Piano Val de Travers is open to pianists of any nationality from 5 to 25 years old.
The competition has 3 categories, with different age limits. The initial number of contestants for category A is not limited and for category B and C three jury members on the base of video recording and application form will choose maximum 60 participants.
The International Competition Piano Val de Travers Switzerland was created to promote young talents in Switzerland. This competition wants to motivate them to study music and develop their performance skills through the organisation of concerts and tours in order to guarantee them a professional future in this sector.
