The Jeunesses Musicales International Chamber Music Campus is one of the world’s most renowned master classes of its kind.
Young ensembles will work here for 11 days with international artists, including one of the leading string quartets of the younger generation: the Artemis Quartet, Vogler Quartet (Tim Vogler – violin, Frank Reinecke – violin, Stefan Fehlandt – viola, Stephan Forck – cello). The artistic direction is in the hands of Heime Müller (formerly Artemis Quartet, MH Lübeck, Madrid) – violin. Other teachers will be Valentin Erben (formerly Alban Berg Quartet) – cello, and Dirk Mommertz (Fauré Quartet) – piano.

The Chamber Music Campus is part of the Jeunesses Musicales International program and a project of Jeunesses Musicales Germany. The Chamber Music Campus has a tradition dating back to 1956, which emerged from the International Summer Courses at Schloss Weikersheim.
The JM International Chamber Music Campus continues to be the heart of this vibrant and inspiring home of the Jeunesses Musicales World Association and an integral part of its mission to unite peoples. At the same time, it is an intensive study opportunity at the highest level, providing a springboard for highly talented ensembles preparing for a professional career. The cooperation of the course with well-known international chamber music competitions in numerous countries guarantees the high class of the participants and promises some surprising “discoveries”.
