Jingzi Huang, the 16-year-old Chinese pianist, began his piano studies in Beijing at the age of 4. He spent 5 years in the Music School Affiliated to Central Conservatoire of Music in Beijing, after which he went to Vienna and studied under Professor Vladimir Kharin at the Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien. His currently studies under Professor Stefan Vladar.
His public appearances include Arts Exhibition Grand Symphony Concert with China National Opera & Dance Drama Theatre (2015), National Day of Jubilation Concert, Kunming Nie-er Symphony Orchestra (2014), Gateway to Music-Summer Festival, Symphony Concert of World’s Classical Pieces, Forbidden City Concert Hall, Beijing (2014), Imola Summer Piano Academy & Festival (Italy, 2012), Oberlin International Music Festival (USA, 2010), New Year Concert held in Mei Lan Fang Theatre (2009), etc.
In addition, he is the 1st Prize winner in 2015 Peter Toperczer International Piano Competition Košice (Slovakia) and the 2012 Panmusica Austria XII Wiener Pianisten – Wettbewerb, and the laureate of the Bach Prize in the 2nd Deutschland-China Irmler Piano Competition.
